> Gil Partida, Co-founder, CEO and Director - Mr. Partida has over 20 years experience including working with the Hispanic communities in the U.S. and international markets in the areas of retail, trade, law and consumer finance. Mr. Partida spent 5 years developing an international business in emerging markets in Asia, Latin America and the Caribbean for a publicly traded company as its CEO.

> Allan Youngberg, EVP / CFO and Director - Mr. Youngberg (CPA) has 30 years of finance and accounting experience, most recently as CFO for two international based public companies.  Most recently, Mr. Youngberg managed the financing resulting from opening 30 stores in twelve countries where revenues increased from $80 million to $650 million in four year.

> Todd Sanders, EVP / COO - Mr. Sanders has over 13 years of executive experience in the Consumer Finance industry. He has extensive hands-on experience with start-up, rapid roll-out organizations, as well as mergers and acquisitions. He has opened and successfully managed several hundred locations throughout his career. Prior to joining Frontera, Mr. Sanders served as President/CEO of Coastal Asset Management. Prior to Coastal Asset Management, Mr. Sanders served as COO of FlexCheck and held senior executive positions at Advance America and Blockbuster Entertainment.

> James Arcuri, EVP Real Estate and Construction - Mr. Arcuri has managed the construction of retail outlet stores and residential projects over the last 20 years and has extensive knowledge in design and project management.
